Flexible Reservation Policies and Services due to Covid-19

Taking into consideration your need for flexible reservation policies as well as the safety of our guests during this period, we are applying the following policies for all new reservations taking place from May 1st and on until further notice:

In case your stay is not possible due to Covid-19 restrictions (cancellation of flights, borders closure etc.), the deposit for your reservation can function as a deposit for another stay with us during 2020 or even 2021 without further advance payments, provided that the villa is available for the new dates (you just pay the balance when you come, plus or minus any difference depending on the seasonal period you stay).

Furthermore, we guarantee the same stay rates for 2021 for these reservations (again depending on the seasonal period of your stay).

To be even more flexible, this deposit can be transferable for a stay of someone else (e.g. a friend or relative) if you can’t make it even then.

This policy only applies to direct reservations with Perla Luxury Beach Villa (via e-mail).

Additionally, we inform all our guests that we take all the necessary measures for sanitizing and cleaning thoroughly our accommodation to secure their health.

Most of all, Perla Luxury Beach Villa is a unique luxurious accommodation that offers total privacy and isolation. The whole villa will be exclusively used by you only and you will not need to get in direct contact with anyone, if you do not wish to, during your whole period of stay.

Finally, a la carte packaged meals from our restaurant nearby are available with free delivery to the villa for guests that would prefer to “stay home” and enjoy the villa during their holidays.
